  4. Prepare the annual operational plan  of the study program;

  6. Coordinate with the Dean, Vice Dean, Secretary of Study Program, Head of laboratories, lecturers and educational staff in the framework of academic development in the field of education and student affairs;
  7. Documenting all product activities in the form of hard copy and / or soft copy;
  8. Prepare periodic accountability reports  as well as end-of-term memories at the end of the term of office;
  9. Accompany new officials during the transitional period of one month after the election of the new department of study program.
